We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

Once your return request is approved, we will share further instructions on how to proceed. Please ensure you request a return before sending the product, as items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Return Shipping
Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
In some cases, customers may be required to self-ship the product for returns.
Non-returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

- Gift cards
- Customized or special order products
Exchanges
To exchange a product, we recommend placing a new order after initiating a return for the original item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you about the approval status.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that banks may take additional time to reflect the refund.
